How much is the postage?

Capped postage
To give you peace of mind when make bulk purchases, we offer capped postage for some parts of Australia.  Yes, buy as many items as you like, the maximum postage you pay is $10 within Sydney, $15 within NSW, ACT, Melbourne & Brisbane, $20 for Adelaide & other parts of VIC, $25 for other parts of SA & QLD.

Sydney (Australia post zone N1) includes postcodes 1000-2263, 2500-2530, 2555-2574, 2740-2786 and 2890.

Melbourne (zone V1) includes postcodes 3000-3220, 3335-3341, 3425-3443, 3750-3811, 3910-3920, 3926-3944, 3972-3978, 3980-3983 and 8000-8999.

Brisbane (zone Q1) includes postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549, 9000-9299, 9400-9596 and 9700-9799

Adelaide (zone S1) includes postcodes 5000-5199 and 5800-5999.

Capped postage does not apply to Norfolk Island, WA, NT and TAS.

When will you post my items?
Australia post pick up from us around 3pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only, excluding public holidays. To be included in the same day dispatch, payment needs to be received before 1pm.

When could I receive my items?

After dispatch from our warehouse, usually Sydney cutomers can receive within 1 to 2 business days, Melbourne & Brisbane about 2 to 3, most other area within Australia is about 3 to 6 business days.

Please check your delivery time at Australia post website http://auspost.com.au/apps/domestic-parcel.html Our postcode is 2077. Input your post code, and you must input length, width and Height (I always use 10, 10 and 10 for convenience). And then click “Continue”. Delivery time “1 business day” means next day delivery.

If the parcel didn't turn up within the desired time frame, please contact us. You can send us an email, or leave an offline message through Zopim at the left corner or use the email enquiry form in Contact us webpage. Please ensure your email address is correct and complete so that we can get back to you.

Unfortunately we are not in a position to guarantee the delivery time. We can only guarantee when we send them. Once hand over the parcel to Australia post, we have no control of it. Though rarely happened, at times Australia post can be late.



What postage options do you offer?
We offer registered and regular postage. Registered post is highly recommended.

I need this item urgently, can you post express?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer express postal service at this stage, unless the items (with the protection package) can fit into an Australia post 3kg express satchel.

Do you ship to overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. At the shipping calculator in shopping cart, click the drop down window to select your country (Australia by default). If your country is not in there, please contact us. We can add your country in, thank you.

 

What international shipping options do you have?
Australia Post Registered International:  Delivery within approximately 3 to 10 business days worldwide. Available weight up to about 1.5kgs only.

Australia post Express Courier International: Premium service, delivery within approximately 2 to 4 business days worldwide.

Above delivery times are between metropolitan areas of major cities, excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia post's control.
