Q: Do I need open an account before ordering in the website?
A: No, you don't need open an account. Place an order is simple and easy. You can order and check out as a guest with no problem at all.

 

Q: Could I get a sample please?
A: There is a sample handling fee of $10 for each sample. Total cost of a sample send to you is, $10 plus the cost of the sample and the postage. 

 

Q: Could you explain lots and bulk discounts?
A: We sell some items at lot of 2, 12, 24, 500 etc. For example:

Q: Are the products listing on your website in stock?
A: All items listed in our website are new and in stock in our Sydney warehouse.

Q: Are the prices in the website negotiable? Could I get discount when purchase more than 1 item?
A: There is no "Trade price" or "Wholesale price". To be fair, price is same for everybody and non-negotiable. Discounts are offered through (capped) postage discount, bulk qty pricing and store promotion emails.

All prices on the website already INCLUDES GST. The price you see on the products is the the price you pay at check out.

We aim to offer our customers the lowest possible prices. If the qty you require is much more than the bulk qty state in the item listing, please contact us. Thanks.

Q: Do you have any other colours, styles or sizes of your listing products?
A: No, we don't. All products we have in stock are on active listing in our web store. If you can't find anything in our web store, we don't have them.
 
Q: Will I get the items exactly as the listing photos?
A: Yes, all the photos taken are the actual items. What you see is what you will get unless it states otherwise in the listing description.
 
Q: Could I have a tax invoice please?
A: Yes, you have the option to print it out in our website once you have made the payment.
 
Q: When will you post my items?
A: Australia post picks up from us at around 3pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only, excluding public holidays. To be included in the same day dispatch, payment needs to be received before 1pm.
 
Q: I sent a message and not had a reply from you.
A: Every message or email inquiry will be replied. When we are on the internet, it usually only takes a few minutes. If your inquiry is left unanswered over 24 hours, most likely we didn’t receive it, please resend. Thanks.
 
Q: What reference should I leave when I make internet bank transfer or bank deposit?                                         A: Please leave your order No. as reference.
 
Q: Which payment method do you accept? Do you offer sale on term/credit?
A: Bank deposit, Money order, Paypal, Cheque, Visa and Master card.

We don't offer sale on term/credit. Order could
only be sent after clear fund received.

Q: What are the actual defects of the minor defect item in
'Half price item' category in your web store.
A: We spend a lot of time to check items before sending. Products with defects, even quite minor ones, will be selected out. Minor defect items are now listing at half of the original price in
'Half price item'
category. It is hard to remember what the actual minor defects for a particular item are. We won’t go back and check again, sorry.

They are all minor defects. If you are after function, not the quality of the item, you won't be wrong. Some sellers would just sell it as standard item anyway. If an item does have a major defect, we will write it in the item description.

Q: Do you allow pick up?
A: Yes, please let us know when you will be coming, so we are able to get your items ready before you arrive. Picking up or visiting our warehouse is welcome. Please see
